A lot later than I expected…

WWDC 2006 is scheduled a lot later in the year than I expected. Kinda nice though – it means I don’t have any conflicts in June. The only other conference I’m thinking about attending this year is OSCON 2006.

  1. OSCON is a good conference. There is real energy around it and there are some pretty good sessions. I went for the first time last year. All my previous conferences had been tied to MSFT. It is very different when the majority of the topics are open and free. Less of the buy our solution thing going on. Plus it is in Portland so it’s easy enough to get there.

I’m hoping to attend WWDC for the first time this year as well.
