Karen and I are having some really incredible turkey soup tonight – straight from the other side of this last winter.
Right after last thanksgiving, I boiled down a tremendously huge stock pot of the turkey remains. Those results (at 3am or so) went into the freezer, only just coming out today. The stock is incredible, which drives straight home to some awesome soup for tonight.
Mmmmmm.
