It was a half-day at work today, just prior to tomorrow’s festivities. I’m glad it was. I’ve been having some nasty sinus drainage all day, and when I came home I sacked out for the better part of 3 hours.
When I woke up, I wasn’t feeling appreciably better – and then we got the call. Apparently Nathan and Leah have both caught a cold. I figured I caught it from them last friday evening with the house concert, but Karen’s puritanical streak forced her to admit that maybe she had the cold and that all three of us caught it from her. Bah, humbug.
So I’m still not feeling all that well, but hopefully enough sleep tonight will render me fit for tomorrow’s fun.
